Bouygues Telecom use its 4G wireless 192.168.1.254 to carry the price war in the fixed Intenet promised by Martin Bouygues in 2014.
Analysts CM -CIC Securities ( Crédit Mutuel -CIC ), " he will propose an internet access and fixed telephony (no TV service ) service using its mobile 192.168.1.254 which is far from saturated ."
